Contact, Applications & Access

Start with the correct application, or tell us exactly what you need. We will identify the right service, department, professional, local representative or coordination level for your request.

Important: DI offices and coordination hubs are not general public walk-in counters. Please complete the appropriate application or contact request first. Visit a physical location only after receiving a confirmed appointment or authorised visitor token.

Community-Level Access

Local Representation Is Based on Families — Not Distance

DI's community-level structure is planned around the number of families served. The local network is designed to identify and coordinate needs close to the families and communities using DI services.

For every 1,000 families, the local structure is designed around one Representative Volunteer and one Cluster Coordinator.

1
Cluster Coordinator

Representative Volunteer

Provides community-level representation and helps connect eligible families and local needs with the structured DI system.

Cluster Coordinator

Coordinates the assigned family cluster, service requirements, case flow and the connection between local families and the wider DI structure.

If you want to be connected to an appropriate Representative Volunteer, Cluster Coordinator or other local contact, submit your location and clearly state your requirement in the General Contact & Routing Form above. Where direct local contact is appropriate and available, the relevant details or connection instructions will be sent through your registered email or authorised communication channel.
Physical Network

Integrated Service & Coordination Hub Model

A DI hub is an operational coordination centre. It supports service coordination, product and equipment flow, medical and professional coordination, case operations, administration and network supervision. It is not automatically a public walk-in reception centre.

Country TierHub Ratio / StructureCurrent Access & Coordination Model
Tier 11 hub per ~20 Cluster Coordinators
≈ 20,000 families
Full structured local coordination system — Representative Volunteer and Cluster Coordinator structure operates at the family-cluster level, supported by Integrated Service & Coordination Hubs.
Tier 21 hub per ~20 Cluster Coordinators
≈ 20,000 families
Full structured local coordination system, using the same family-cluster and hub concept as Tier 1.
Tier 31 hub per ~1,000 Cluster CoordinatorsThe same coordination-hub concept at a wider operating ratio. Physical hubs are concentrated principally in major cities and important operational centres.
Tier 41 hub per ~10,000 Cluster CoordinatorsPhysical hubs are concentrated in the most important strategic cities. Wider areas are supported through the broader representative, cluster, remote and operational network.
Tier 51 national hub
No population/CC ratio applies
A single national-level coordination hub serves the country, generally through the principal capital or designated national operational location.
Tier 6Partner-based modelNo conventional direct DI office network. Coordination is provided remotely and through authorised partner organisations, institutions or approved cooperative structures.

Service Coordination

Connects local service needs with the appropriate DI departments and operating structures.

Product & Equipment Coordination

Coordinates product, assistive equipment, supply and related operational movement.

Medical & Professional Coordination

Case & Network Operations

Provides institutional, operational and administrative support required by the local network.

Not a General Walk-In Counter

Public access depends on the nature of the requirement, availability, approval and a confirmed appointment where required.

Quick Answers

Can I directly visit an address shown on this page?

No. A published address identifies a DI coordination location; it does not automatically provide unrestricted public walk-in access. Request an appointment first, through the "Request an In-Person Meeting" tab above.

I don't know which department I need. What should I do?

Use the General Contact & Routing Form or email application@di-ngo.org. DI will identify the appropriate level internally.

Can I ask to be connected with someone in my local area?

Yes. Provide your complete location and explain the requirement in the General Contact & Routing Form. If direct local contact is appropriate, the relevant Representative Volunteer, Cluster Coordinator or other authorised contact pathway can be provided.

I am a scientist, researcher, professional or institution and no standard form fits my requirement.

Use the General Contact & Routing Form and select the category and purpose that best describe your request.

Does submitting an in-person meeting request guarantee a meeting?

No. The meeting is confirmed only after institutional review, availability verification and written appointment approval.
